  • Self check-in/check-out is available. No specific check-in/check-out times or procedures are provided in the listing. Please confirm with the property manager prior to arrival.

Property Access

  • Located in the gated community of Eagles Nest in Banner Elk, NC.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.

  • 4WD required for winter months and chains may be necessary during times of snow or ice.

    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided.
  • The property includes bed linens, towels, climate control, cooking basics, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, oven, stove, BBQ grill, hot tub, TV, ironing board & iron, and microwave/convection oven.

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
